“Laburnum Cottage truly lives up to its promise of an escape; the thoughtful refurbishment is immediately apparent, creating a clean, homely base. Its position at the heart of Lanchester means village life, with its shops and pubs, is right at your doorstep, yet the garden games room and hot tub offer a welcome private retreat. I found the attention to detail, like the welcome basket for pets, particularly struck a chord, making it clear this is a place built on genuine hospitality.”
